Individual Commitment Form
For one person who donates $100 per meeting (four meetings per year).
Forms may be completed and returned via email to or brought to the next meeting.
Team Commitment Form
For two who each donate $50 per meeting or four who each donate $25 per meeting (four meetings per year). As a team, you are making a quarterly commitment of $100 to each non-profit who receives the most votes. $400 Annually. We only collect $100 checks, so it is up to your team to decide who is writing the check each time. Each $100 donation earns ONE nomination and ONE vote. Forms may be completed and returned via email to or brought to the next meeting.
Charity Nomination Form
Charities must serve and be located in Will County and be a non-profit
501(c)(3) organization. Please avoid nominating organizations that are politically or religiously affiliated. National organization are only eligible if the funds will be used in Will County.
Charitable Donation Acceptance Agreement Form
This form is used when we present the donation from 100+ Women Who Care of Will County to the awarded charity. The charity must agree not to create, sell, or distribute a list with our members' contact information, and agree not to solicit our members directly for further contributions. It must also agree to mail personal receipts/ acknowledgment letters for tax deduction purposes to each 100+ WWC Will County donor. Lastly, the charity must be willing to send a representative to our next meeting to share how the money was or will be spent.
